50-pin 0.5mm FFC / FPC Extender

This 50-pin FFC / FPC Extender is a simple accessory that allows connection of two 50-pin 0.5mm pitch FFC (Flexible Flat Cable) / FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) cables end-to-end to extend their length. It is designed for use with 0.3mm thick FPC cables.

Important: Pin 1 of one cable is connected to pin 50 of the other, so you need to use a cable that has contacts on the same side (type A cable).

To use, carefully pry the two ears of the connectors, insert the cables with contacts pointing up, then push the ears back in for a solid connection.

Compatible with other versions available: 40-pin 0.5mm and 24-pin 0.5mm extenders.
