Adafruit DC Power BFF Add-On for QT Py

Power your QT Py or Xiao development board with up to 20V DC using the Adafruit DC Power BFF Add-On. Featuring the integrated MPM3610 buck converter, this add-on efficiently converts voltages up to 20V down to a stable 5V output, providing up to 1 Amp of current - ideal for powering LEDs, WiFi, displays, motors, or servos without the need for a heat sink.

The board offers both a 3.5mm terminal block and a 2.1mm DC jack input, protected by a Schottky diode, allowing flexible power source options. Use either input, but do not connect both simultaneously. If using the DC jack, the terminal block functions as a pass-through output for other high voltage devices.

Additional features include solderable enable and ground pads for external switches, two 7-pin socket headers for easy QT Py attachment, and mechanical stabilization options via break-apart railings. The compact board measures 30.4mm x 26.6mm x 12.6mm and weighs just 4.9 grams.
