Description
Plug in and glow with the Adafruit NeoPixel LED Strip with JST PH Connector, featuring 30 addressable RGB LEDs spaced at 60 LEDs per meter over a 0.5 meter length. This chic black flexible strip is perfect for custom lighting projects and works seamlessly with microcontroller boards, including the Hallowing.
- 30 individually-controllable SK6812 RGB LEDs (60 LEDs/meter)
- Length: 0.5 meters (500 mm)
- Flexible PCB with weatherproof IP20/65 sheathing
- 3-pin JST PH 2mm connector with 3 wires: black (ground), green (signal), red (3-5V power)
- Operates at 5V DC, maximum 60mA per LED at full brightness
- Color control with 8-bit PWM for each red, green, and blue component (24-bit color per pixel)
- Cuttable strips to customize length
- No inline resistor required, works down to 3V logic
These addressable NeoPixels use a single digital output pin for data and maintain their PWM settings autonomously. The LED strip includes integrated RGB LEDs with wavelengths at approximately 630nm (red), 530nm (green), and 475nm (blue).
Power carefully with a 3-5V DC supply (do not exceed 6V) to avoid damage. Maximum power draw is around 4.8 Watts per meter (~1 Amp at 5V) when all LEDs are at full white brightness, but typical usage with colorful effects is much lower.
