Adafruit RGB Matrix FeatherWing Kit for nRF52840 Feathers

Ahoy! It's time to create a dazzling light up project with the Adafruit RGB Matrix FeatherWing for nRF52840. This FeatherWing allows you to quickly and easily create projects featuring your favorite 16 or 32-pixel tall RGB matrix boards.

Using the Adafruit RGB Matrix library, this FeatherWing works wonderfully with nRF52840 based Feathers (Express and Sense models). It is designed and tested specifically for these Feathers and is not compatible with other Feather models unless they share matching pinouts.

The FeatherWing can be assembled in one of two ways: solder a 2x8 IDC shrouded header on top to connect to an IDC cable (making it easy to stack on your Feather), or solder a 2x10 socket header on the bottom to plug the Feather directly into the back of the matrix.

This FeatherWing supports 16x32, 32x32, and 64x32 RGB matrices and is the easiest way to add bright, colorful lighting to your projects. It includes a 5V DC barrel jack with polarity protection, a 5.08mm terminal block output, and an onboard regulator providing 3.3V power to your Feather for a compact setup without needing USB or a battery.

Each order includes one FeatherWing PCB with surface mount parts installed, a 2x8 IDC header, a 2x10 female socket, 2.1mm DC jack, 5.08mm terminal block, and male header. Additional stacking headers or female headers may be required depending on your Feather stacking preferences.
