Description
The Adafruit SHT45 Trinkey with PTFE is a compact USB temperature and humidity sensor designed for easy connection to any computer or laptop with a USB A port. Featuring a high-accuracy Sensirion SHT45 sensor with a PTFE filter for protection, this device delivers reliable environmental readings with ±1.0% RH accuracy and ±0.1°C temperature accuracy.
Equipped with an ATSAMD21 microcontroller, the Trinkey supports CircuitPython and Arduino, enabling serial, MIDI, or HID communication over USB. Additional features include a NeoPixel LED, capacitive touchpad, and a reset button for bootloader mode.

The integrated PTFE membrane offers over 99.99% filtration efficiency for particles 200nm and larger, protecting the sensor from dust and particles without affecting response time. The sensor operates across a wide range of humidity (0–100% RH) and temperature (−40 to 125 °C), and includes a sensor-specific calibration certificate per ISO standards.
