It behaves like a 2GB sized SD card pre-formatted with FAT. This chip is ideal for high-vibration environments where a standard SD card might come loose, or where you want to reduce size and need reliable NAND memory with built-in wear leveling and ECC. It operates at up to 50 MHz clock speed and offers write speed class 8 performance.
