Adafruit TCA9548A 1-to-8 I2C Multiplexer Breakout

The Adafruit TCA9548A I2C Multiplexer breakout board allows you to connect up to 8 identical I2C devices with the same address to a single microcontroller. It acts as a gatekeeper, shuttling commands to the selected I2C port using a simple control byte.

This compact board comes with the TCA9548A chip on a breadboard-friendly breakout, complete with capacitors, pull-ups, and pull-downs for easy use. Compatible with both 3V and 5V logic levels.
