The Adafruit Trinkey QT2040 is a compact and powerful development board featuring the RP2040 microcontroller and a plug-and-play Stemma QT connector for seamless sensor and accessory integration.

This innovative USB Type A stick-sized board is half USB Key, half Adafruit QT Py, expertly designed to slip into any USB A port on a computer or laptop. It boasts an RP2040 dual-core Cortex M0+ running at ~125 MHz, 264 KB RAM, and an 8 MB SPI Flash chip for code and file storage.

Features include a built-in RGB NeoPixel, reset and bootloader/user buttons, and a STEMMA QT / Qwiic port for easy I2C connectivity without soldering. Its extra-thick PCB ensures durability and compatibility with USB host ports. The board is ideal for Arduino or CircuitPython programming, offering native USB support for serial console, MIDI, Keyboard/Mouse HID, and USB drive functionalities.
