Give your Feather a sense of place with the Adafruit Ultimate GPS FeatherWing. This powerful FeatherWing GPS module plugs right into your Feather board and provides precise, sensitive, and low-power GPS location tracking anywhere in the world. It can also keep track of time once synced with satellites.

Note: Compatible with all Feather boards except those with USB-Serial converters using UART pins (e.g., Feather 328p, ESP8266 Huzzah Feather, and nRF52832 Feather do not work).

Built around the MTK3333 chipset, it tracks up to 33 satellites on 99 channels and offers high sensitivity and up to 10 location updates per second for fast and accurate logging or tracking. It supports switching between internal and external active antennas automatically.

Includes a FET-driven ENABLE pin to turn off the module for low power, a CR1220 coin cell holder for RTC backup and warm starts, and a bright red LED that blinks while searching or conserving power when fix is found.

Comes fully assembled with GPS module and coin cell holder (coin cell battery not included). Header pins included for solder and plug into Feather.
