The Adafruit USB Type C Power Delivery Dummy - I2C or Switchable features the HUSB238 USB PD sink chip, allowing you to select the desired USB Power Delivery voltage either via DIP switches (no soldering required) or dynamically through I2C control using the STEMMA QT connector.

This breakout board supports multiple standard voltages from 5V up to 20V at currents up to 5A (100W power delivery). It plugs into a USB Type C cable and negotiates power delivery with the connected power source over the CC lines.
