Description
The Assembled Adafruit FeatherWing OLED adds a crisp, high-contrast 128x64 monochrome OLED display with three user buttons (A, B, and C) to any Feather main board. This FeatherWing comes fully assembled with headers, enabling simple plug-and-play connections with your Feather board without any soldering required.
The 1.3" diagonal OLED has 128x64 individual white OLED pixels, providing bright, clear visuals without the need for a backlight, which reduces power consumption. It features a reset button for easy restarts and uses the SH1107 OLED driver, requiring different code than previous OLED FeatherWings that use SSD1306.
This display communicates over I2C and includes a STEMMA QT / Qwiic 4-pin JST connector, allowing easy connection to STEMMA QT, Qwiic, and Grove I2C sensors and peripherals. Note that the Wing itself cannot function as a STEMMA peripheral with only a cable; it must be used as a FeatherWing with all pins soldered and connected to the Feather board.
Key features include compatibility with all Feather boards and support for stacking with other FeatherWings even those that share the I2C bus. Both Arduino and CircuitPython libraries provide driver support.
