Description
Monitor and analyse the air you breathe with the Kitronik Air Quality Board for the Raspberry Pi Pico. Ideal for home and classroom use, it offers a complete air monitoring and reporting solution.
The board features multiple onboard sensors including the BME688 sensor for temperature, pressure, humidity, air quality index, and eCO2. It includes a black and white 128×64 OLED display for data visualization, 3 status ZIP LEDs, a piezo buzzer for audio output, and two buttons for user input. The dual row pin sockets allow easy connection to the Raspberry Pi Pico, with additional connection points for analogue sensors, servos, motors, and heater pads.
Power is supplied via a 3xAA battery holder or a terminal block that can also connect to a solar cell, ideal for longer experimentation periods. The kit supports time-stamped data logging using the Pico's RTC and flash memory. Kitronik provides a MicroPython module on GitHub for easy programming and example projects.
