Kitronik Movement Module (Simple Servo Controller)

The Kitronik Movement Module (Simple Servo Controller) allows you to power and control a single 180-degree servo without any coding required. It is perfect for animatronics projects, such as opening and closing mouths, hands, or eyes.

The module uses an onboard ATTiny13A IC, a potentiometer, a 3-pin servo connector, and a momentary push button to control the servo. Each press of the button moves the servo to the opposite end of its travel range, which can be adjusted with the trimmer potentiometer. It also includes solder pads for power and remote push button connection for convenient control.

Note that the module features a 5V USB power connector and requires a suitably rated power supply since servos can draw more than 500mA. It is advised not to power the board from a laptop or PC USB port.
