Description
Run two solenoids or a single DC motor with up to 800mA per channel using the super-simple L9110H H-bridge driver. This bridge chip is an 8 DIP package so it's easy to fit onto any breadboard or perfboard.
Each chip contains one full H-bridge (two half H-bridges), allowing you to drive 2 solenoids or a single DC motor bi-directionally. Ensure your motor current is under 800mA since that's the chip limit; it can handle a peak of 1.5A for short durations.
Key advantage: the driver comes with built-in kick-back diodes internally, protecting your project and driver from inductive kick damage.
The driver features a PWM input per driver for controlling motor speed and direction. It supports motor power voltages from 2.5V up to 12V. While it does not have separate logic and power pins, 3.3V logic can be used to control higher motor voltages effectively.
