Mini Metal Speaker with Wires - 8 Ohm 0.5W

Listen up! This tiny 1" diameter speaker cone is the perfect addition to any small audio project where you need an 8 Ω impedance and will be using 0.5W or less of power. The speaker features a very simple design with a lightweight metal body, making it ideal for compact audio solutions.

This speaker works great with Adafruit's Wave shield and class D amplifier board, but care should be taken not to overdrive it, as class D amps can deliver up to 1.7W which may damage the speaker. Start at a lower volume and increase carefully.
