SMT / Solderable Standoff Nuts - M3 x 3mm - 10 pack

These brilliant solder-able standoffs eliminate mechanical PCB mounting problems with ease. They are round M3 standoffs coated with tin, allowing soldering in an oven or with a powerful soldering iron and some patience. Simply prepare a 4.25mm hole with a 6.2mm solder ring on your PCB, insert the standoff's snout into the PCB, and solder it in place. The part is incredibly strong and replaces the need for a hex nut or standoff. While a plated through hole is recommended for added strength, it is not required.
