Raspberry Pi Pico is a small, quick, and adaptable board built using the RP2040, a microcontroller chip manufactured by Raspberry Pi. It now has an integrated Infineon CYW43439 wireless chip. The Raspberry Pi Pico W and Pico WH are equipped with an Infineon CYW43439 wireless chip. The CYW43439 supports IEEE 802.11 b/g/n wireless LAN as well as Bluetooth 5.2; however, only wireless LAN is supported at launch.

Pico WH has a pre-soldered 40-way header and a 3-pin JTAG connection for improved convenience in hobbyist and industrial applications.

I've used the standard Pico, but the incorporation of wireless capabilities has made the Pico more useful. I am capable of soldering the header myself, but having someone else do it is a bonus

I love this little device. With a little coding knowledge you can make a powerful sensor that can send data to and MQTT service to which you can subscribe to in order to monitor your home.
