Shipping & Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm (UK time), Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve) on the same day.
Orders placed over the weekend are typically shipped on the following Monday (or the next working day if it's a UK public holiday). During peak periods such as new product launches or seasonal events, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.
Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with relevant tracking details (if applicable).

Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping partners and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

DHL Express (UK): Orders placed before 2pm Friday are delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday are dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

International Orders – DAP (Duties At Place)
All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Duties At Place) basis. This means your local customs authority may charge import duties and taxes, which are calculated based on the purchase value. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
EU Customers & Brexit Information
Since January 2021, the UK is no longer part of the EU. This may result in additional customs duties and taxes for EU customers.
