Description
A ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) Socket allows for easy insertion and removal of DIP chips without damaging them. Designed for DIP chips up to 40 pins and 0.6" wide, the socket includes a lever mechanism to securely latch the chip in place. It's gold-plated for longevity and fits into existing 40-pin 0.6" sockets or circuit boards, or can be used directly in breadboards.
