Description
Yes, this is an adorable small HDMI television with incredibly high resolution and built in 3W stereo speakers! The visible display measures only 7" (17.8cm) diagonal with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels (720p) in a 16:10 ratio.
The TFT comes in an enclosure featuring HDMI, VGA, and Composite inputs, making it easy to use by simply connecting a 9 to 12VDC adapter (not included) to the 2.1mm center-positive DC jack and a digital video source to one of the ports.
Features include front buttons to adjust brightness, color, contrast, and input selection with auto-detection. The display includes a basic stand and four mounting holes (75mm x 75mm) for enclosure attachment using M4 screws, and a 1/4-20 "Camera Mount" hole for mounting.
It supports devices with HDMI, VGA, or NTSC/PAL output but does not work with DVI (without an adapter) or SECAM. The side USB slot can theoretically play MP3s, pictures, or videos from a USB stick. Audio line-in (3.5mm jack) is available for VGA audio (not compatible with NTSC audio).
The built-in 3W speakers have adjustable volume using front + and - buttons. Compatible with Raspberry Pi, BeagleBone Black, XBox, Windows desktop, and Macbook (with HDMI adapter). Note: Some OS may require audio output settings changes for external speakers.
Power adapter not included. Recommended 9V DC adapter for speaker functionality, with operational voltage 5-12V (audio amplifier requires 9-12V).
