Adafruit Circuit Playground Express Advanced Pack

The Circuit Playground Express is an advanced electronics and programming introduction kit featuring a round board packed with multiple sensors and an easy-to-use programming interface. This pack includes everything needed to explore electronics, coding with Microsoft MakeCode block-based or Javascript programming, CircuitPython, and Arduino IDE.

The kit contains 2 Circuit Playground Express boards, USB cables, conductive thread and sewing accessories for wearable electronics, copper foil tape, alligator clips, additional RGB and multicolor LEDs, two micro servos for robotics, battery holders with alkaline AAA and AA batteries, extension cables, storage boxes, and an AdaBot LunchBox for project storage.

• Infrared receiver and transmitter for remote control codes and messaging
• 8 alligator-clip friendly input/output pins with I2C, UART, analog inputs, PWM outputs
• 7 capacitive touch inputs and one true analog output
• Green power LED and red #13 LED for status indications
• Reset button
• ATSAMD21 ARM Cortex M0 Processor running at 48MHz on 3.3V
• 2 MB SPI Flash storage for code and libraries
• MicroUSB port for programming and debugging supporting USB serial, keyboard, mouse, joystick, or MIDI emulation

The board can be powered via USB, AAA battery pack, or LiPo battery for mobility. The alligator-clip pads around the board eliminate the need for soldering or sewing for quick and easy use.
