Adafruit Feather 32u4 Bluefruit LE

Feather is the new development board from Adafruit, designed to be thin, light, and portable. The Adafruit Feather 32u4 Bluefruit LE combines an Arduino-compatible ATmega32u4 microcontroller with a built-in Bluetooth® Low Energy (BTLE) module, USB support, and battery charging in a compact form factor.

This board is perfect for wireless, portable projects that require Bluetooth connectivity compatible with iOS, Android, Mac OS X, and Windows 8+. The 8 MHz 32u4 microcontroller runs at 3.3V logic and includes 32KB of flash memory and 2KB of RAM. It supports USB-native communication, allowing it to act as a mouse, keyboard, MIDI device, and more.

Designed for portability, the Feather 32u4 includes a connector for 3.7V Lithium Polymer batteries with built-in charging and automatic USB power switching when connected. It also features a battery voltage measurement pin and a power enable pin.

The Bluefruit LE module allows the board to communicate wirelessly using the Nordic UART profile and supports advanced BLE features like GATT services and HID keyboard mode. Use the Bluefruit apps for quick prototyping and control.

Comes fully assembled and tested with headers for breadboard compatibility. Does not include LiPoly battery or MicroUSB cable.
