Description
The Adafruit Feather RP2040 Adalogger is an all-in-one RP2040 data-logger featuring built-in USB, battery charging, and a microSD card holder, optimized for data reading and logging projects. It is designed in the Feather form factor for easy integration and expansion with FeatherWings.
Key features include a powerful RP2040 dual-core Cortex M0+ processor running at 133 MHz with 264 KB of RAM and 8 MB of onboard QSPI flash storage. The board supports SPI and SDIO interfaces for microSD cards, with an optional card detect line and on-board STEMMA QT / Qwiic connector for I2C devices.
This board is equipped with a built-in 200mA+ Lithium Polymer battery charger, USB Type C connector for USB power and programming, a red general-purpose LED, and a full-color RGB NeoPixel. It offers 21 GPIO pins including four 12-bit ADC inputs, multiple SPI, I2C, UART interfaces, and 16 PWM outputs, suitable for advanced sensor and peripheral connections.
Other features include reset and bootloader buttons, 4 mounting holes, a 12 MHz crystal for precise timing, and a 3.3V regulator with up to 500mA peak current output. The Feather RP2040 Adalogger can run from USB or a connected LiPo battery for portable applications.
