Description
The Adafruit MS8607 is a versatile Pressure, Humidity, and Temperature (PHT) sensor that provides factory calibrated data for all three environmental conditions through a simple I2C interface. Ideal for weather and environmental monitoring projects, this sensor supports an operating range of 10 to 2000 mbar pressure, 0% to 100% relative humidity, and -40 to 85 °C temperature with high resolution and low power consumption as low as 0.78 µA.
The MS8607 sensor is mounted on a breakout board with level shifting and power regulation, making it compatible with both 3.3V and 5V microcontrollers including Arduino, Metro, Feather, and Raspberry Pi. It includes STEMMA QT / Qwiic connectors for easy plug-and-play wiring without soldering, though headers are also provided for soldering if preferred.
- Factory calibrated pressure accuracy: ±2 hPa
- Relative humidity accuracy: ±3% rH
- Temperature accuracy: ±1°C
- High resolution: 0.016 mbar (pressure), 0.04% RH (humidity), 0.01°C (temperature)
- Low power consumption: as low as 0.78 µA
- Compact QFN package (5 x 3 x 1 mm)
- I2C interface with STEMMA QT / Qwiic compatibility
- Compatible with 3.3V and 5V systems
Comes with detailed wiring guides, libraries, and example code for Arduino, Python, and CircuitPython to get you running quickly.
