Adafruit NeoKey BFF Mechanical Key Add-On for QT Py and Xiao

Our QT Py boards offer a compact yet powerful platform for microcontroller projects. Enhance it with the Adafruit NeoKey BFF, a mechanical key add-on that supports MX-compatible switches and features a RGB NeoPixel for vibrant color effects.

The NeoKey BFF is designed to fit on the back of any QT Py or Xiao board. It can be soldered in place or attached via pin and socket headers, allowing for easy removability. The board includes a Kailh socket to plug in any MX-compatible mechanical switch without soldering.

The onboard single reverse-mount NeoPixel shines through the key switch, providing bright, customizable illumination. The key switch default connects to pin A2 and the NeoPixel to A3, with configurable jumpers for customization.
