Adafruit Power Relay FeatherWing

A Feather board without ambition is a Feather board without FeatherWings! The Power Relay FeatherWing gives you power to control, and control over power. It allows you to turn on and off lamps, fans, solenoids, and other small appliances running on up to 250VAC or DC power using any Feather board.

This FeatherWing can handle a powerful 1200 Watts. It features a non-latching relay with a switching capacity of up to 10A resistive-load current at 120VAC, or 5A at 240VAC, suitable for handling large devices including computers, TVs, and small appliances.

It works with all Feather boards by wiring the relay control pin to any GPIO you choose. Using Feather stacking or female headers, you can easily connect this FeatherWing on top of your Feather board.

Each unit comes fully assembled and tested with headers included. A jumper on the underside of the board can be soldered closed to select your preferred relay control pin. Note that some soldering skills are required.

Warning: Exercise caution when using with high voltages (> 24V). Only experienced engineers should handle high voltage connections with proper safety guidelines.
