Description
The Adafruit TMP235 is an analog temperature sensor with a convenient 3-pin JST STEMMA connector, ideal for STEMMA-compatible microcontroller projects. Unlike digital I2C sensors, the TMP235 outputs an analog voltage that corresponds linearly to the temperature, providing a simple and effective way to measure temperature through any microcontroller's analog input pin.
This sensor outputs 0V at -50°C and 1.75V at 125°C, and temperatures can be calculated using the formula: Temp °C = 100 * (voltage in V) - 50. The board is ready to plug into any 3-pin JST PH cable (sold separately) for easy integration.
