Audio Adapter Board for Teensy 4.x

This audio adapter board allows easy addition of high quality 16-bit, 44.1 kHz sample rate (CD quality) audio to your projects with Teensy 4.0 (Rev D, as of February 17, 2025).

Supports stereo headphone and stereo line-level output, stereo line-level input, or mono microphone input.

The Teensy Audio Library lets you use input and output simultaneously with a toolkit of audio processing objects to create sophisticated audio applications. Play multiple sound files, create synthesized waveforms, apply effects, mix multiple streams, and output high quality stereo audio.

Note: Compatible only with the Teensy 4.0 Dev Board. Not pin-compatible with Teensy 3.X boards.

Revision History:

• As of February 17, 2025 - Updated to Rev D, the best current version.
• As of March 24, 2023 - Updated to Rev D2 for shortages; functionally same as Rev D except when using two audio shields together.
