Description

The BH1745 Luminance and Colour Sensor Breakout is a sophisticated and accurate sensor compatible with Raspberry Pi and Arduino. It detects RGB colour and light level with features like 50/60Hz light noise rejection, a wide detection range, and two illumination LEDs.

This sensor is commonly used in phones, tablets, and laptops to detect ambient light temperature and adjust display colour temperature accordingly.

It features an I2C interface and can operate on both 3.3V or 5V. It can be soldered directly onto the Raspberry Pi GPIO using a right-angle header or used with the Pimoroni Breakout Garden for easy plug-in and play functionality.
