FTDI Serial TTL-232 USB Type C Cable - 5V Power / 3.3V Logic

Just about all electronics use a UART serial port with RX and TX pins for debugging, bootloading, programming, and serial output, but it is rare for computers to have a built-in serial port. The 6-pin socket includes 5V power and ground along with 3.3V logic (5V compatible) RX, TX, RTS, and CTS signals, making it ideal for communication with TTL serial devices such as Arduino Pro Mini or ESP breakouts.
