Kitronik ARCADE for micro:bit and MakeCode Arcade

Develop your coding skills with the Kitronik ARCADE for BBC micro:bit and MakeCode Arcade, a fully featured programmable gamepad designed specifically for the BBC micro:bit V2 and Microsoft MakeCode Arcade editor.

This handheld gaming platform allows you to write your own games or download existing ones from the MakeCode Arcade website. The editor uses simple drag-and-drop blocks or supports JavaScript and Python coding, offering an educational and fun way to learn game development.

Key features include a full-color 1.77-inch LCD screen, 4 directional d-pad buttons, 2 gamer action buttons, a menu button, an on/off switch, and croc-clippable pads breaking out micro:bit pins (P0, P1, P2) plus voltage and ground for custom expansions. It is powered by 3xAA batteries (not included), which are housed in holders that also serve as ergonomic grips. The board powers the micro:bit via the edge connector, eliminating the need for separate micro:bit power supply.

The product comes fully assembled with laser-cut protective case parts and fixings included.
