Kitronik Heat Activated Switch

The Kitronik Heat Activated Switch is a temperature-dependent project kit that detects the temperature of its surroundings using a thermistor and acts as an automated on/off switch. It controls an output current up to half an amp, suitable for turning on other electronic circuits automatically when the temperature changes.

The board has space for an optional LED with a current limit resistor (both sold separately), which lights up when the output is turned on. Operating voltage ranges from 3V to 10V, with lower voltages allowing better adjustment of the switching point.
