Description
The Kitronik :MOVE Line Following sensor board adds line following sensors to your robotics projects. Featuring two LED/phototransistor sensors that output an analog voltage to be read by a microprocessor's ADC channel, this board enables effective line following capabilities for buggies and robots.
Designed primarily for use with the Kitronik :MOVE Motor for BBC micro:bit, the board is also compatible with other platforms such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi Pico, and other micro:bit-based projects.
- Add line following to your micro:bit robot or buggy.
- Can be attached directly under the :MOVE Motor with no soldering required.
- Standard 0.1" (2.54mm) pitch 4-pin connector for power and sensor outputs.
- Sensor outputs vary between 0V and supply voltage depending on surface reflectivity.
- Example line following code is provided in the datasheet and via an online MakeCode tutorial.
