These are 9x16 Charlieplexed LED matrices designed to work with the Adafruit 16x9 Charlieplexed PWM LED Matrix Driver - IS31FL3731. This Yellow version contains a grid of yellow LEDs arranged in a charlieplexed pattern without any resistors or driver chips.
