MicroUSB Plug to 5.5/2.1mm DC Barrel Jack Adapter

The MicroUSB Plug to 5.5/2.1mm DC Barrel Jack Adapter features a MicroUSB plug on one end and a 5.5mm/2.1mm DC barrel jack with center positive polarity on the other end. This adapter allows you to connect 5V power adapters such as 5V 2 Amp, 5V 4 Amp, or 5V 10 Amp adapters to devices expecting a 5V USB connection.

This cable does not include resistors or connections for data lines, so it is not suitable for charging iPhone, iPod, iPad, or other devices that require specific data line resistance. However, it works well with Arduinos, BeagleBones, Raspberry Pis, many generic cellphones, Android devices, and most USB-powered gadgets.

Note: This adapter has no regulator or voltage protection. Using a power supply above 5V, such as 9V or 12V, may damage devices expecting 5V input.
