Mini LED Arcade Button - 24mm Translucent Yellow

A button is a button, and a switch is a switch, but these translucent arcade buttons are in a class of their own, featuring LEDs built right in! Enjoy button-mashing amidst a wash of beautiful light with these compact controls.

This 24mm diameter button is designed to fit in a 24mm diameter hole and secures with a screw, allowing installation in materials up to 15mm thick. They cover up imperfect holes with a crystal translucent glossy finish and provide a smooth button press with a tactile feel thanks to a pre-installed tiny micro-switch with gold plated contacts.

The button has two surface mount LEDs with resistors built inside the button body, connected in series with about a 1K resistor. Power the LEDs directly from a microcontroller pin or 5V supply at approximately 5mA current draw. Note that the Red and Yellow versions cannot operate at 3.3V, requiring 5V or higher voltage.
