Pre-Assembled Adafruit PiCowbell Adalogger for Pico - MicroSD, RTC & STEMMA QT

The Pre-Assembled Adafruit PiCowbell Adalogger is designed to assist your Raspberry Pi Pico and Pico W projects with enhanced data logging features.

This board is the same size and shape as a Pico and sockets underneath it for easy setup. It comes with Pico 20-pin stacking headers pre-soldered for solder-free use.

• Right angle JST SH connector for I2C / Stemma QT / Qwiic connection providing 3V, GND, IO4 (SDA), and IO5 (SCL).
• MicroSD card holder for extensive storage connected to SPI pins 16, 18, 19 with card select on pin 17 and optional card detect on pin 15.
• PCF8523 Real Time Clock with CR1220 coin cell backup for accurate timekeeping, set once for timestamps.
• Reset button to restart your program easily.
• Duplicate hole pads for solder-jumper options and white silkscreen-ground pads for easy identification.
• Gold-plated pads for easy and reliable soldering.

Note: This product does not include a microSD card or coin cell battery. A CR1220 coin cell is required for RTC battery backup functionality and is available separately.

The board supports the Philhower Arduino core with Wire peripheral set to IO4 and IO5 and is compatible with CircuitPython and MicroPython with SDA+SCL pins ​​configuration.
