It is designed for IoT embedded electronics projects, providing WiFi and Bluetooth® Low Energy support while maintaining complete pin compatibility with the classic Pico board. This wireless microcontroller offers a compact form factor, minimal circuitry, and ease of programming through various SDKs.

The onboard antenna is designed for optimal wireless performance when kept in free space. Note that some wireless interface pins share pads with the RP2040, affecting some peripheral usage during wireless transactions.
