Description

The KA75330 is a handy 3.3V voltage detector chip ideal for projects that need to ensure microcontrollers don't operate below a safe voltage level. It monitors the voltage on one input pin and pulls the output pin low when the voltage drops below 3.3V. This feature is particularly useful for battery-powered devices like the Feather Huzzah to prevent lockups or data corruption due to low voltage.

This controller begins operating at voltages as low as 0.8V, acting as the first component to power up in your circuit. It works best with microcontrollers or boards having an enable pin that is high to enable function and pulled low to disable.

Note: This regulator requires at least 2.2uF electrolytic capacitors on both input and output for stability.

  • Monitors voltage and pulls output low below 3.3V
  • Starts operating from 0.8V
  • Ideal for battery-powered microcontroller protection
  • Requires 2.2uF electrolytic capacitors on input and output
  • Compact dimensions: 19.0mm x 4.6mm x 3.5mm
  • Lightweight: 0.2g
