The outer flange diameter is 30mm, with a threaded diameter of 23mm, allowing you to drill a standard 1" hole in wood, plastic, or metal using a regular hole-saw or bit. Simply unscrew the plastic nut, insert the plug, and re-attach. This jack accommodates panels up to 16mm (0.625") thick or as thin as a few millimeters, ideal for project enclosures.
