Description
These chrome-plated metal pushbuttons are rugged and visually appealing, perfect for any project requiring a durable and functional switch. Designed to fit into a 16mm hole drilled into material up to 1/2" thick, they include a rubber gasket to prevent water ingress.
The button features a flat metal actuator surrounded by a red plastic LED ring. The back houses 3 button contacts (common, normally-open, normally-closed) and 2 LED contacts (+ and -). The LED ring operates between 3-6V with a built-in resistor; for higher voltages (12V or 24V), a 470 ohm resistor in series is recommended to maintain 20mA LED current.
This is a momentary pushbutton where pressing the button shorts the normally-open contact to common, and releasing it opens the contacts. The switch and LED circuits are separate, allowing flexible wiring options for different use cases.
Features:
- Chrome-plated brass construction for durability
- 16mm drill hole diameter with water-resistant rubber gasket
- Momentary pushbutton with separate LED ring control
- Switch rating: 3A / 250V DC
- Red LED ring with built-in resistor (for 3-6V operation)
Perfect for rugged applications requiring a reliable momentary pushbutton with LED indicator.
