Rugged Metal Pushbutton with White LED Ring - 16mm White Momentary

These chrome-plated metal buttons are rugged and visually appealing. Simply drill a 16mm hole into any material up to 1/2" thick to fit this pushbutton, which includes a rubber gasket to keep water out of the enclosure.

The button features a flat metal actuator on the front, surrounded by a white plastic LED ring. On the back are 3 contacts for the button (common, normally-open, and normally-closed) and 2 contacts for the white LED ring (+ and -). The LED can be powered by 3 to 6V with a built-in resistor for safe illumination. For higher voltages like 12V or 24V, add a 470 ohm resistor in series to maintain a current around 20mA.

This is a momentary pushbutton: pressing it shorts the normally-open contact to common, and releasing it opens the contacts again. The switch and LED are separated for versatile wiring options.
