Square RGB TTL TFT Display - 4" 480x480 No Touchscreen - TL040WVS03

This 4" square TFT display is designed for advanced users who want a high-resolution square screen with 480x480 full-color 16-bit IPS pixels. The display features excellent color performance, visible up to 80 degrees off-axis in any direction.

Important Note: This version does not include a touchscreen.

The display uses the ST7701S driver supporting both SPI (for display configuration only) and TTL RGB 'dot clock' data input. Please note, pixel drawing over SPI is not supported, and the 40-pin connector has a unique pinout different from standard rectangular TFT displays.

This module requires a powerful microcontroller capable of TTL RGB driving such as the ESP32-S3 with octal PSRAM or a computer like the Raspberry Pi (via direct-DPI or compatible driver boards). It is not compatible with typical microcontrollers like Feather or Arduino without appropriate support.

This listing includes the display module only; no PCB or driver board is included.
