Description

This Square Silicone Button PWM Controller is a satisfyingly squishy, easy-to-wire PWM output button controller with three color power-adjustment statuses in red, blue, and green. It provides a simple way to add a three-cycle power/PWM button and a colorful universal power symbol to your project.

Originally designed for controlling heating pad modules in wearable thermal vests, it can be hacked for various DIY projects. Note this is a three-cycle button, not an on-off switch! The internal LED is independent and serves as an indicator only.

The red and black wires are the power input (3.6~12VDC, red positive, black ground). The blue wire is the output power with a 'common anode' configuration (it grounds the pin to pull power from the positive supply).

Usage:

  • Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn on at 100% PWM (red light).
  • Press again for 70% PWM (blue light).
  • Press again for 35% PWM (green light).
  • Long press 2 seconds to turn off.

Note: The PWM duty cycle takes a few seconds to change; suitable for Peltiers, heaters, and fans where rapid on/off cycling is acceptable.

Technical Details:

  • Voltage: 3.7 to 12V
  • Current: 0 to 2.0A
  • Waterproof rating: IP67
  • Wires: ~80mm 24AWG
